My base is Barielle Holiday Madness (on index and middle) and Barielle Rio's Rockin' Bands (on ring and pinkie). Then I stamped over the base with China Glaze Passion, using Gals GA27 and Mash 35. I added some off-setting rhinestones, cause you can't have Mardi Gras without a little bling. :)
