Hello!
Today I have an icy little NOTD to show you...I started with a base of The Lady Varnishes Fairy Queen:

Then I stamped an image from UberChic Beauty 14-01 with Hit The Bottle Polish Pool Party (also available from Beautometry), and added a few diamond glitters for good measure:
