This month's theme for The Digit-al Dozen is holo, which is a theme I can definitely get behind! A week filled with holo? Yes. Please.
To kick things off, I'm going to show you a mani I wore yesterday. A friend and I did something I've wanted to do my whole life--we went to high tea at the Ritz-Carlton, to celebrate my publishing contract, and her second book. I knew this week's theme was holo, but I have to admit, I would have gone holo regardless...
The base of the mani is Stella Chroma Merlot Ho Ho (which perfectly matched my dress), and Moonflower Polish Diamante; then I stamped a simple accent nail with Lantern & Wren's Joy To The World Plate, with Kaleidoscope Black stamping polish (also from Lantern & Wren). Here's how it came out:
I try to keep my stamping simple when I want to show off holo polishes, or choose images with large empty spaces. I love how elegant this came out--very nice for the holidays without knocking you over with Christmas. What do you think?

Thank you! It was so fun! We had a blast. I love little tiny food that allow you to try a ton of different things, and tea is just so elegant!! :)
