NOTD Before & After: Heart-Broken

I just made my third ever franken (not counting my holo topcoat), and I am extremely excited to share it with you. I'm really enjoying making frankens--it's very fun--and I'm even thinking about trying to make a polish from scratch. Not sure if I should take that leap, though...

Anyway, for now, let me unveil my franken...I have decided to call it Heart-Broken:
