Question for you...

...Would any of you be interested in a post about ways to find deals on polishes? I don't want to do a post or series of posts on this if it's not really of interest, but I'm sort of a bargain hunter, so I thought I would ask and see...

  1. I would love to, but it may be too hard, especially if you find in-store deals. I get jealous enough when I see people post display photos of new collections, and I can't find them anywhere by me.

    1. Okay, let me clarify--this would be about *stratgies*, not about individual one-time deals. :)

  6. I'd welcome any ideas that allow me to get more polish with less money! I'd also live stamping tips. I bought myself a little kit at the drugstore 2 years ago but never could get it to work right. Now that see what you can do with it, I'm determined to figure it out so i can invest in some of those great plates you've shown.

    1. Funny you should ask about that...in one of my nail groups we were talking about this and I was thinking I should put together a sort of stamping tips thing. So I'll do that too--and I'm going to post a question asking if there are specific issues that people have had when stamping that they'd like me to talk about. :)

    1. Okay, sounds good! It may be stuff you already know, but maybe it will spark a conversation in the comments at the very least...:)

  9. Yes, although most deals do not work out for us Canucks. For example, there was this polish I really wanted and I found it at mbeautylounge. Decent price too. I knew there would be shipping, so I added a five other polishes to make it worth it. Started check out and the shippng exceeded $30. Deleted order :(

What I would love is if you included whether there is free shipping to Canada. For example, Llarowe ships free for orders over $75. Thus, I am making my plans for August (Husband was not overly pleased with $75 purchase I made from Butter sale; really bad timing given flood!).

    1. Okay, I'll keep that in mind, seeing if I can make it applicable for Canadians as well. Maybe you can help me out if anything I put on there sounds like something that would work in Canada, you could let me know for anybody else that's in Canada? I'll also do some research and see if I can at least find some sources that know more about Canada. :)
