Hello!!
Incoco has come out with two innovations that I think are extremely cool for people who love nail art: Incoco Perfect Accents (which I'll talk about this time) and Incoco Top It Off collection of transparent nail art (wraps that feature nail art you can put over any base polish--I'll show these in a future post). Both concepts are perfect for people who don't feel like they're good at things like stamping, or who want a cute mani but don't have time to fully create it themselves.
The idea behind the Perfect Accent collection is simple: quick, easy, chic accent nails. Each pack comes with four coordinating strips; you can choose to have either one or two accent nails per hand. The appliques are sized roughly to fit your ring and thumb; however, they can be cut down to fit any two fingers if you prefer a more skittle type of look.
They sent me three designs to sample:
Incoco Fashion District is a fun flowery pattern in fall colors:

Incoco Cold Fusion is a black and silver swirl reminiscent of a water marble:

Incoco Sparkle Stripes is a glittery, stripey combination of blues and purples:
This is what the inside of the package looks like, just like part of a regular strip has been snipped off and stuck in a package:
Using the wraps is just like using any other Incoco wrap; just peel of the backing, place onto the nail, stretch if needed, and...you're done. You can see from the picture above that each end of each strip has a slightly different shape so you can pick the end that fits your nail shape better; this gives maximum flexibility for fit.
I tested out two of these samples for this post today (I'm saving Sparkle Stripes to do a New Year's Eve manicure for you!). For the first, I paired up the fall gradient I did with Shinespark Polish's Falling Leaves collection, because the colors just looked so perfect together:

I love how well these go with my gradient!! I think they made great choices with this design, they're very wearable--I think most people will pair them with reds or deep fall rust colors, but they'd work with almost any fall shade.
For the second manicure, I did a seriotype with black, gray, white and silver polishes (Julep Ledi, Sally Hansen Gone Grey, Sally Hansen White On, and Nfu-Oh 61 for a little sparkle):

Watermarbling is not my thing, so I love how quick and easy it is to get this look, especially with a sparkly silver.
So what do I think? I love this idea, and they worked very well for me to create fast accents. I'd say I have medium-ish nails, and these were just about perfect for me as is; they are meant to be stretched gently to cover larger nails, and if you have smaller nails, you can easily cut them down. However, if your nails are on the large side, particularly if your thumb nail is, these may not be for you. I personally wish they'd made the pack with six strips to give a little more size flexibility.
These are available both on the Incoco site, and also at your local Walgreens, so if you're in a hurry and need to swag out those nails, you can stop by quickly and make it happen.
What do you think of these? Are they something you'd try out?
Happy wrapping!
M.
The decals look really good as accent nails.
