Hello!
Today I have a fun Before & After for you using the It Girl Nail Art plates I reviewed recently (click here for the full review). Today's manicure uses IG102, one of three inaugural plates It Girl Nail Art has just released:

I started with a base of Sinful Colors VIPeach, a chalk-finish canary yellow from their 2015 Back To School Collection (which I will be reviewing shortly):

Next I stamped two of the arrow patterns from the plate on my ring and pinky, using Eat Sleep Polish Sheets Of Empty Canvas, which also has a matte finish:

I love the funky, bold look of this mani--it's quick, easy and simple, but makes a big statement. And even though they yellow is a calmer yellow, the contrast between the yellow and the black is still visually compelling.
Happy stamping!

Although I don't get why SC has the word Peach in the name of this polish, I think it is pretty - I like yellow polish. I like the design you chose. Very nice!
ReplyDeleteYES! Completely flummoxed by the name, lol. And thank you! :)
DeleteI that the use of the more subtle yellow is part of the success of your design -- this kind of yellow is more intellectual, less emotional than a brighter yellow would be. Great choice!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I take that both as a compliment to my design and my taste! ;-)
DeleteThe design came out so crisp! Its awesome.
ReplyDeleteThank you thank you! :)
DeleteLoving the race-track manicure you got here :)
ReplyDeleteThrow in some red and the race is on.
