Before & After: LeChat What's Up

Hello!!

So recently I decided to branch out and try this new-to-me brand called 'Le Chat', which apparently has a sub-brand called 'Dare To Wear'. I'm always on the look-out for good cruelty-free products, and this brand has a very wide selection, so I figured I'd give it a shot, and grabbed a couple of their polishes.

Today's manicure starts with a base of LeChat's What's Up, a beautiful carmelized-orange sort of color with a flash of golden-orange shimmer (warning: this was done when my cuticles were at their worst during the move, even with oil, etc...please ignore the cuticles and look only at the pretty polish! :) ):

Something about this polish felt a bit dreamy to me, and I wanted to do something girly and light with it, like something out of a dream. There is an image on Cheeky Gals plate GA28 that reminds me of Chagall paintings where he represented people flying happily in dreams, so I decided to use that with Konad white polish:

For a final touch, I added a single half-pearl on each nail, to give it that extra bit of girly flair. :) I love the contrast between the white creme and that deep orange, particularly with that golden flash coming through. I would love to have this as the print on a fun, short sundress!

Thanks for stopping by! Peace, hugs,  and wishes for polish-filled dreams. :)

    1. Thanks so much! It's not such an in-your-face orange the way a lot of them are, I think. :)
