Hello!
Today is day 4 of the All That Glitters challenge for The Digit-al Dozen, and today I've decided to go wintery.
I started with a base of Spellbound Nails Let It Snow, a sky-blue polish with holographic and silver glitters, and then topped it with Spellbound Nails Transsexual Transylvania, from her Rocky Horror Valentine collection (releasing January 15th; stay tuned for my review); Transexual Transylvania is a topper kersploding with silver and black holographic glitters--including silver lighting bolts! Then I stamped an image from UberChic Beauty 23-03:

I stamped with Kaleidoscope White; here's how it came out:

This image reminded me a bit of what I imagine a light, blustery sort of snow might look like if you got up close (since I don't live around snow, my imagination might not be on target!), and I like the little touch of whimsy it adds over the glitters. A different sort of snow mani. :)
What about you? Does it snow where you live? Do you love it or hate it?
Happy stamping--and don't forget to check out the other ladies' glittery manis below!

This is really lovely.
ReplyDeleteIf real snow was this fancy, I just might like it a bit more (luckily it's been a pretty mild winter so far).
ReplyDeleteVery lovely mani.
Ooh, love RHPS! :) Great mani...this is the only kind of snow I really see - the pretty kind on nails. :)
ReplyDeleteThis all works together so well!
ReplyDeleteI love it!! Anything abstract-y and cool is great in my book.
ReplyDeleteOhhh, this is gorgeous! That stamp looks really cool with the lightning bolt glitters!
ReplyDeleteI am really digging this different-kind-of-snow-mani! Looks awesome, the combo of the glitter and stamp!
ReplyDeleteI love the turquoise base!
ReplyDeleteThese are fun! I like how it all came together!
