Hello!
Are you in the holiday spirit yet? I decorated my tree today--but we'll see how long it stays up before the beasties destroy it. My husband and I make a game out of guessing how many ornaments we'll find on the floor when we get up. It'd probably be more accurate to try to guess how many are *left* on the tree.
Thankfully, they haven't yet found a way to destroy my nail plates, so let's talk about Dixie Plates Christmas 2017, which is filled with holiday awesomeness. Here's the video review I did of the plate:
And here's a closer look:

What I love about this plate: Those Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer reindeer! And the gingerbread house! And how adorable is that santa giving that toy to the little girl (or boy, I guess--it could be either). And the mistletoe image...and the antlers!!
Dixie Plates full nail images are 2.1 x 2.5 cm, and here's a shot with a ruler so you can judge whether the smaller images will work for you:
The quality is excellent as always; these swatches are done with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Plummet, and my clear stamper:
For my first manicure, I started with a base of The Lady Varnishes Dragon. Then I stamped over using Messy Mansion Forest, Spring, and Misty Jade:

I stamped in a few extra trees in the empty spaces because I wanted a more crowded look--I love the retro feel of this, and the golden-green shimmer and holo flash make this simple, but soooo pretty. :)
For my second manicure, I started with a base of Shinespark Polish Andromeda Galaxy. Then I made decals using Messy Mansion Sterling, Sally Hansen Get Mod, and Zoya Ming. Then I finished off with a few rhinestones to give my ornaments bling and dimension:

I love the elegance of this one--this makes me feel like I'm staring into a beautifully decorated tree on Christmas Eve.
You can find this plate at Lantern & Wren if you're in the US or Canada; check Dixie Plate's page for sourcing in other locations. And don't forget to follow Dixie Plates around the interwebs here:

Really festive holiday stamping plate. Both manicures look good especially that ornament one.
