NOTD & Tutorial: Holiday Flowers

Hello!

Today I have a look that's festive without being overwhelmingly holiday...One of the things I love to receive as a hostess present for holiday gatherings is flowers, so I thought I'd do a manicure about that. :)

I used B. Loves Plates B. 02 Flower Power over Zoya Alicia and Sheri, and stamped with Messy Mansion Sterling and Chalk
