I'm a little late this month posting a recap of the posts I love the most from the past month. But, better late than never, right? So here are the 5 posts I loved the best from July, counting down:
5) Once In A Blue Moon.
I love this post because my franken came out so beautifully! Such a pretty polish both in the sun and the shade. On top of that, I was really happy with the stamping, because I had to isolate what I stamped out of a bigger image, and it was *not* easy! You can see the original post by clicking here.
4) My Favorite Things.
This is one of my favorite posts not because of any cool technique I learned, but because it's about my kitties, and I think it's an accurate representation of both how adorable and how destructive they are. It was also a fun manicure because I was playing with my new migi nail art pens, lol. You can see the original post of my destructive darlings here.
3) Olympics Opening Ceremony
This one I love both because the base polish is so beautiful, and because I managed to make an abstract representation of that olympic cauldron scene that came out how I wanted it to! I'm still not reliable in my ability to do that, lol. You can see the original post by clicking here.
2) Galaxy Nails
This was one of the techniques I'd been dying to try, and I was really pleased with how it came out. Not perfect, but not bad either. :) You can see the original post by clicking here.
And finally, my number one most favoritest post:
1) Precious Stones
I love the colors of these polishes, how jewel-toned they are. So when the 'Precious Stones' challenge came along, I was really excited to do these. I still think they look like gorgeous medieval jewelry of some sort. :) You can see the post by clicking here.
Thanks for looking!
